Delivery Times & Charges

When you place an order on the Olieneela.com website, delivery is carried out by the post office to all Swiss municipalities.

• Standard delivery: within a period of 3 to 5 working days after receipt of the order.
• The standard delivery fee is 4.9
• Free delivery for any order over 70.-

Shipping costs:

For all our items, a flat rate contribution to preparation costs is requested. This amount covers packaging, handling costs, and a contribution to delivery expenses. This flat rate is 4.9 per order under 70.-

You have nothing more to pay upon receipt: Neither customs fees nor additional VAT because our products are shipped from Switzerland.

• Delivery time:

So that the customer can benefit from quick use of our products, our items are generally sent by post within 3 to 5 working days to the address you provided when ordering.

In all cases, the expected delivery date is communicated to you in the order confirmation.

In case of an error in the delivery address provided, Olieneela.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver or to meet deadlines.

• Returns:

You may return products that do not suit you within 60 days from the date of receipt.

Please contact us beforehand using the contact form on the site before proceeding with the return. Return costs remain your responsibility. After receipt and verification of the products, Olieneela.com will refund the order amount within a maximum of 1 week after receiving the returned parcel. If you wish to make an exchange for an equal or higher amount, a new parcel will be sent to you without additional handling fees.
