Delivery Times & Costs

When you place an order on the Olieneela.com website, delivery is ensured by post in all Swiss municipalities.

• Standard delivery: within 2 to 4 working days after receipt of the order.
• Standard delivery costs are 8.-
• Free delivery for all orders over 80.-

Shipping :

For all our articles a flat rate contribution to the preparation costs is required. This amount covers packaging, processing costs and a contribution to delivery costs. This fixed amount is 8.-

You do not have to pay anything additional upon receipt : No customs fees or additional VAT because our products are shipped exclusively from Switzerland.

• Delivery time :

So that the customer can benefit from rapid use of our products, our items are generally sent by post within 2 working days to the address you indicate when ordering.

In all cases the expected delivery date is communicated to you in the order confirmation.

In the event of an error in the delivery address transmitted, Olieneela.com cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering or meeting deadlines.

• Returns:

You can return products that do not suit you within 15 days from the date of receipt. For hygiene reasons, only intact (unopened) products in their original packaging can be returned. Please contact us first using the site contact form before making the return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. After receipt and verification of the products, Olieneela.com will reimburse you for the amount of the order (after deduction of processing costs) within a maximum of 1 week after receipt of the returned package. If you wish to make an exchange for an equal or greater amount, a new package will be sent back to you without additional processing fees.
