Our company aims to offer natural cosmetic products, made from organic ingredients, to private customers who purchase them via our site www.Olieneela.com
The products offered are intended to be used as they are, in mixtures, or as finished products. All are made, checked, and shipped by Faroem Laboratories or partner companies.
The advice, tips, and cosmetic recipes offered on our site are not intended to serve as treatment prescriptions for ailments. In general, we recommend following the usual precautions for the products and the advice and contraindications. In particular, an allergy test on the crook of the elbow should be done before using the products to prevent possible allergy risks.

Characteristics of the items
Our purpose is to provide you with quality products that respect your skin and that of the whole family. These products are made from natural ingredients, often from organic farming, and come from suppliers who have received official certification.
Delivery & Return

- Standard delivery: within a period of 2 to 4 working days after receipt of the order.
- Standard delivery charges are 8.-
- Free delivery for any order over 95.-
Price
The prices of items charged to the customer are those in effect on the date of the order. They will also appear on our order confirmation sent by email. Our prices are set in Swiss francs for Switzerland and include the 7.7% VAT applied in Switzerland.

Payment by invoice: You can choose this payment method when placing your order and confirm your order. When we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation by email, along with all the information to proceed with payment. Once the invoice is paid, we will send your order. The announced delivery time will start from the receipt of your payment.

The data we collect is secured and used only to process your orders. Among other things, we collect your names, your email address, as well as your contact and delivery information. This information is stored for possible future orders. We never share your personal information.
